- Update expediting history notes in SAP and reform resheduling on purchase order
- Responsible for coordinating the shipment from supplier with logistic
- Responsible for monitoring and follow up with supplier and subcontractor to ensure item are delivered as per dates in purchase orders
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Engineering (Mechanical), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in BATAM.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
