Job Functions:

-         PE : Process improvement, Line design, Defect analysis, WI, Process flow chart, PFMEA, Plot run, CPK study.

-        TIM : Setting, adjust & trouble shooting, experience for machine crimping & electrical setting

-         QE : Maintain in process & outgoing quality control, provide customer service relating to quality

-         IPQA : Understand about inprocess & outgoing quality

-         PS : Person in charge of daily operation to maintain product output, delivery, quality & production efficiency, direct reporting to production manager for production KPI

-         BY : Issued PO & follow up on the commitment date from supplier (pull in, push out, & cancellation) & result oriented regarding delivery related issue (shipment, pre-alert, delivery delinguency) problem solving on related issue  with shipment from supplier, attend to suplier quality issue

-     CS: daily, monthly costing activities, work with production to review accuracy of BOM & routing. Analyze costing variance, ensure inventory are properly valuaed and accounted for perform stock take exercise, other duties as assigned

-    SM: Handle RMRI & PTS for FG product, receiving from supplier, storage, cycle count, able to operate forklift

-    PS: Responsible for on time PO release, confirm delivery date & quality in schedule line, identify critical material & critical supplier & work closely to meet requirements, ensure purchasing data & vendor are complete & maintained, address & resolved situation such as supply change shortage,allocations,alternate source of supply, able to communicate effectively with supplier & cross department, to supervise buyer on daily purchasing activities.

Requirements :

• -         Female/male 20-30 years old (1-9)
• -         Senior High School (8,7)
• -         Diploma , University in accountancy (5.6)
• -         Diploma mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering (1,2,3,4)
• -         Experience 2-3 years in same function (1-8)
• -         Able to communicate in english (1-7)
• -         Computer literated Ms Office (1-6)
• -         Able to work independently, hard working, discipline (all)
