Process Improvement - Batam

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development and deployment of site wide continuous improvement initiatives (i.e. ShawCor Manufacturing System, etc) to reduce core business operating costs.
• Responsible for planning, organizing and executing continuous improvement projects from the conceptual stage through to commissioning;  
• Development and integration of CI techniques into the site culture and daily activities.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering discipline; MBA or MSc degree will be an asset
• Min. 6 years of practical knowledge and application of manufacturing systems  and process improvement techniques
• Formal training in manufacturing systems and/or world class manufacturing  techniques (i.e. Lean, Process Control, DOE, Variation Reduction, etc)
• Six Sigma (green belt/black belt) or project management certified

Tally Coordinator - Batam

Responsibilities:

• To coordinate tally section to support Production and Project Department; to monitor and report the production progress; to coordinate with other production field on pipe movement.
  

Requirements:

• Male, 35 + years old
• Diploma / Bachelor degree in Engineering
• Min. 3 – 5 years experience as Coordinator / Supervisor in  manufacturing / factory industry, preferably in oil and gas industry
• Holding special certification in Basic Blasting and coating inspector training will be an advantage
• Good leadership skills with ability to lead by example

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR - Batam

Responsibilities:

• To supervise & control the general plant operations in accordance with the project specific quality plan, process procedures, and company policies.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil
• Min. 4 years experience as a Supervisor in manufacturing; preferably in oil and gas support industry
• Experience of working with/supervising shop floor personnel

Machinist - Batam

Responsibility

• Responsible to ensure product meet specifications and ensure efficiency and productivity meet the target.
  

Specification

• Born after 17-08-1989
• Able to read a manual in English
• Graduate from Mechanic Engineering (Graduate from ATMI Solo, ATMI Cikarang and Polman Bandung is preferable)
• Correctly book all working hours on/off the time booking system and report any failed bookings and clockings immediately to the Supervisor.
• Program, Set and Operate CNC Machine Tools.
• Manufacture components accurately to relevant Engineering drawings and specifications.
• Work with Leadhands and Supervisor to improve manufacturing processes.
• Check all relevant information on Route Cards to ensure correct drawings, material have been issued prior to manufacture of components.
• Sign off relevant sections of Route Card on completion of machining operation.
• Ensure the care and maintenance of all machinery, tooling and equipment used (i.e. identify faults and report them immediately to the Supervisor).
• Keep machine and work area clean and tidy.
• Report any non-conforming components to the Leadhand/supervisor and the QC Department.
• Report any methods or procedures to improve quality and efficiency to the Supervisor.
• Computer ability in Excel spreadsheet

QA Supervisor - Batam

Responsibility

• Maintaining the computerized and manual gauge control system.
  

To ensure all inspection, measuring and test equipments are:

• Participating in scheduled internal or external calibration program
• Calibration conducted in accordance with company procedure and in timely manner to an acceptance standard
• Maintained with adequate traceable records    
  

To lead and supervise a team of QA technicians in the following:

• Setting gauges and preparation of inspection sheets and gauging procedures
• Perform incoming check and verification of raw materials, customers supplied materials and sub-con operations
• Perform final check on finished parts and routers/documentation/ inspection sheet ensuring compliance to customers' requirements
• Conduct scheduled daily phosphate titration test and monthly coupon test
• Perform threading inserts verification
• Responsible for maintaining the integrity of gauge room
• To raise and follow-up on Non-Conformance / Incident Reports on discrepancy discovered.
• To attend to third party / licensor inspection program
• To support reviewing and approving required specifications and revisions in documentation prior releasing for production or customer.
• Responsible for ensuring work is carried out in accordance with documented procedures
• To conduct process audit and internal quality scheduled/unscheduled audit.
